Youth Mental Health Workshop – Non-Suicidal Self-Injury
Bainbridge Youth Services is offering a specially designed, age-appropriate educational workshop for local youth in collaboration with nationally recognized youth mental health expert Dr. Janis Whitlock, PhD, MHP.
The workshop is being developed to help young people better understand self-injury, recognize when a friend may be struggling, learn healthy coping strategies, and know when and how to seek support from a trusted adult.
