Volunteer Models & Actors Needed!
Bainbridge Youth Services (BYS) is looking for volunteer models and actors to help us create marketing materials that highlight youth mental health, community connection, and the positive impact of our programs.

No acting experience is required! We are looking for authentic, friendly people who want to support youth mental health and help us share the BYS story.

XC BHS Youth Running Partner/Mentor
Seeking older, mature student (or recent grad, young adult) to serve as a running support partner for a BHS student with a vision disability, for summer cross country team running. Please be mature, inclusive, friendly, and capable of learning some basics of visual impairment. Compensation provided TBD (or community credit) based on experience. Email for more info.

100+tire dirt removal and moving tires through woods
We need to clear out and move 100+ tires being used as a retaining wall down a hill through woods. Dirt must be removed first and left at site, then move tires. Distance is roughly 200 ft through the woods. Must provide own gloves. Ideally, we’d like to complete the job this weekend (6/12-14), but job will stay open until fulfilled.

Bussers/packers at SuBI (x2)
We are looking for a few individuals who are motivated and determined to learn through work environments.
We want someone who can work continuously after school starts in the fall. This is not a summer job.
Jobs include: cleaning tables and seats, helping servers deliver the food to tables, refilling drinks, restocking drinks, refilling sauces, making take-out condiments, and packing take-out orders without missing items.
Candidates must be punctual, responsible, reliable and should have flexible schedules and transportation.
Pay: $18/hour plus tips

Yard Work Job:
Need someone who can work alongside me for 2-2 1/2 hrs at a time, doing easy weeding. In the past I’ve had success with teens who work with me over a year+. I have some physical limitations now and so need more help. I look forward to having the company while we work. I would prefer the same days of the week each week. After school, W, Th, or Fr. In the summer, mid-mornings.

BARN is Looking for Summer Studio Assistant Volunteers
BARN is a volunteer-driven makerspace with ten diverse studios. Whether someone wants to try their hand at woodworking or glass art, writing a novel, or welding a sculpture, BARN is the place to do it. BARN has the Summer @ BARN program: five weeks of camps designed for students 8-18 years old. In order to make these programs run smoothly and ensure the students and instructors have all they need to focus on their creations, we are looking for young people 14+ years old to volunteer and gain fantastic leadership experience. Looking for a dependable Cleaning Assistant to help keep our small sourdough bakery clean and organized.
Tasks include cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning equipment, and organizing supplies. Must be able to work independently, follow a checklist, and take pride in doing quality work.
