Moving Help Needed for Ben's Rummage Sale

I need 3 strong youths please 🙂  You will be moving boxes and bins of donations, from a moving truck in the loading zone, to inside Woodward Commons for display.  Some items will be loose.  It should take roughly 30-45 minutes.  
Our son is a 5th grader at Sakai, and he is fundraising for an education program in Nepal this summer, with other Kitsap youth.  BEN’S RUMMAGE SALE is a good cause  and fast cash. You must be somewhat or pretty strong and efficient, positive, and work well with a team.  FREE DONUTS TOO!

Help needed for Island Volunteer Caregiver Fundraising event (by simply wearing a tree costume.)

We have two Living Giving Tree costumes.  We need 4 people to fit into tall, narrow costumes.  They will simply move around the room during the social hour with an IVC “tender” who will be soliciting donations for the Giving Tree Fund. The participants will each take one 40 min- 1 hour shift.
We will pay each participant $50 and provide dinner after the event at a drive in of their choice. Transportation avail. if needed.  You will need to come by IVC to meet and try on costume time TBD in May, and be at Kiana Lodge no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday June 4, You will be done approx. 6:30.

Helper in SuBi Japanese Restaurant

This job includes helping in the dining area by running food to the table, cleaning the tables and other service needs, such as: stocking drinks, preparing take out and helping customers for a smooth operation.

We’re looking for an individual who is responsible, punctual, and has a flexible schedule. A person who can handle multiple tasks and can learn quickly would be ideal. They should also have their own personal transportation.

We’re also looking for someone who can work through the summer break and continue working during the school year.

Work hours for dinner shifts are from 4:30 – 8:30 PM and the Saturday morning shift is from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Peer Mentor - Neurodiverse Student Conservation Corps
A Peer Mentor provides guidance, support, and encouragement to fellow crew members to help them successfully navigate their job duties. Under the general supervision of the SCoCo Crew Leader, the Peer Mentor also performs a variety of tasks related to invasive species removal and the restoration of park areas, working within a team of 10–24 peers. This position involves hands-on fieldwork, including the physical removal of invasive plants such as English ivy, Scotch broom, and other non-native species from local parks. Part-time employment from June 22-July 20.
