You’ll learn fundamental tools to help you feel calmer\, more focused\, and more connected—both in and out of the classroom. Through simple breath and movement practices\, you’ll strengthen curiosity\, resilience\, empathy\, and integrity while building skills that make learning easier and life less stressful. This neuroscience-informed practice equips students with practical strategies to thrive\, improve focus\, and strengthen peer and teacher connections. Real tools. Real change. Ready to grow with us?\n\n\n\n\nBYS is excited to offer a new monthly series called Discover at BYS. These free events are open to youth ages 13-21 and will cover a wide array of youth interests and support. All materials are provided at no cost to youth.
